Abstract Submission
If you wish to be a presenter at the Malaysia International Water Convention (MIWC 2025), please follow the submission guidelines as below:
- Title Submission: Please provide a clear and concise title for your abstract.
- Presenter Contact Details: Include the full name, affiliation, email address, and phone number of the presenter.
- Abstracts should be submitted online by 31 July 2025 using the provided submission form below.
- Abstracts must be written in English.
- The text length should be no more than 250 words.
- All submitted abstracts will undergo a review by the Technical Committee.
- You will be notified via email regarding the acceptance or rejection of your abstract submission.
- If you have any queries or problems with abstract submission, please do not hesitate to contact us at rachel@protempgroup.com.
- Presenters of accepted abstracts must be registered as conference participants.
- Each author can submit up to 2 abstracts as the presenting or corresponding author.
- Abstracts shall not be edited after 20 August 2025.
- Presenters shall submit PowerPoint presentations by 01 September 2025.
- The organisers reserve the right to publish abstracts in the conference handbook, announcements, and event website.
- The organisers reserve the right to publish the author’s PowerPoint presentation, where participants will be given a web link for download.
- PowerPoint slides may be edited before distribution to participants. The presenter may edit slides by 30 September 2025.
