Terms & Conditions
  • Fees are inclusive of programme materials. Speakers’ presentations will not be given during registration as they will be emailed to the delegates within 7 working days from the conference last day. Only those presentations with speakers’ consent will be made available.
  • All payment must be received within 5 days of invoice.
  • We reserve the rights to refuse admission if payment is not received on time.
  • All cancellations must be made in writing.
  • Non-attendance does not constitute a cancellation. Full fee is applicable for non-attendance unless cancellation is received at least 4 weeks before the event.
  • A refund of 50% will be made for cancellations received in 4 weeks or more before the event.  
  • Alternatively, you may nominate another person to substitute your participation.
  • No refund for cancellations received with less than 4 weeks’ notice.
  • The Organisers reserve the right to change event dates, venue or programme as deemed necessary.

By completing and submitting this form. We hereby accept all terms of participation without reservation or restriction and that we relinquish any claims against the Organiser (the Organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the conference due to unforeseen circumstances. The Organiser shall charge proportionately and refund the balance). The undersigned hereby represents and warrants that he/she is duly authorised to execute this binding contract on behalf of the delegates above.
